In November 2023, Kansas City based entrepreneur, Amy Puckett, was helping her mother-in-law plan a holiday social event for her local community. As they discussed the menu, Amy suggested that she could make and sell her "famous" dipped pretzel rods, typically reserved for personal social gatherings and her daughters' events. Amy spent the days leading up to the event in her kitchen with her 9-year-old daughter, Ella, making these fun treats and coming up with new ideas for the event. In addition to the chocolate-covered pretzel rods, they developed designer chocolate covered Oreo's, marshmallows, cake bites, etc. The day of the event, Amy and Ella SOLD OUT within an hour! Amy realized that she was on to something, and Serendipity KC was born. Amy and Ella take a lot of pride in every treat that they make, ensuring that each treat has the quality that they expect, and love having the opportunity to share them with everyone! They are always open to new ideas and love chatting with their current and prospective clients about their ideas!
